Plant Medicine- Two Part Series

Join Nurses With A Mission cofounders, Michele Morris and Holly Bidlack as they dive into the history and root of the current stigma surrounding plants as medicine. They will include a basic overview of our body’s master regulator, The Endocannabinoid System, and how it can pair up quite naturally with plants to bring about better sleep, mood and gut health, as well as less pain and an overall sense of well being. The second part is a build on from the first, but no worries if you cannot make it to part 1, you will still benefit greatly from part 2! In this discussion the nurses will explore other ways to nourish our endocannabinoid system and therefore benefit the boy’s functioning without the he use of hemp or cannabis.
